Public Notice of Proposed Building Permit Fee Increase

City Council will hold a public hearing on June 24, 2025 at 7:30 pm at the City Council Meeting. The hearing is to consider proposed increases to building permit fees, effective July 15, 2025. The City of Tualatin provides Building Department services for the City of Durham and Durham must maintain its fees at the same rate as Tualatin’s.
